Fanryu
If I apply a download speed limit to my download, regardless of the speed I put it at, it drops the speed down to about 1kb/s. If I remove the limit, it instantly jumps back up to my max download speed. I've even put the download speed HIGHER than my ISP's download speed and it still drops it down below 1kb/s. Does anyone know what's going on with this?

Fanryu
I don't understand your signature at all. And I am using the latest version, tried updating and it says it's already up to date. Edit - I guess "build" is different from "version". Downloaded utorrent again, works fine now. Fanryu
Anyone have an answer? I've since had to download a traffic shaper to get the desired speed, which sucks.
