nasper Posted February 26, 2015 Report Share Posted February 26, 2015 Hi i have this problem.. uTorrent cant connect to DHT and in setup guide when i run test show me this error "A request to send or receive data was disallowed because the socket is not connected" i formated my pc and i contacted the ISP and they say they have nothing to do with that, any ideas ? here is a screenshot Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

nasper Posted February 26, 2015 Author Report Share Posted February 26, 2015 i found the problem.. my ISP call me today and say that the have apply new policy and they use openDNS now and torrents and P2P protocol is blocked, is there a way to bypass this ?
