Issue with all torrents :(

Hi,

 

I went to download some torrents today as per usual only when i clicked on the magnet link I received a Windows store link and the message "no apps are installed to open this type of link (magnet)". I tried downloading the link and then clicking on it and got the same issue of no program associated with the file. When I used the select app/program to use uTorrent is not listed....

 

This was working as of a few days ago. Any ideas?
