DNS Problem

Recommended Posts

After i start utorrent or vuze and try to download a file, my internet crashes after about 5mins.

when i try troubleshooting on my internet icon in windows 7, it tells me that it has a problem with the DNS.

i have to restart my modem, in order to get connected to the internet again.

i got a new modem/router, maybe it has something to do with it...

What i already tried:

-i tried to to se the bandwith usage to low but it didnt helped

-i set the download and upload limit to 1mb/s  (i got 50Mbit/s connection from my internet provider)

-bandwith settings:

max connections to 40

max connected peers 25

amount of uploadslots 2

-open utorrent as admin

-change dns server (helped abit)

My infos:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

uTorrent v 3.4.3.40097

Internetprovider Kabel BW 50.000

Antivir: Avast

any other software; SBot Ac (a bot for an MMORPG which uses socks 4/5 proxies for the game only)

I used my security software for years with no problems.

my internet provider is still the same.

but i think that after i got the new router/modem the problem accured.

utorrent was working all the time. lately i got that issue

i dont get the problem when i download smaller files...

i checked out my routersettings.

the only  thing which was check was "IPv6 Firewall Protection".

Is that the SPI firewall?

The downloadspeed is changing uncommonly fast. it gets from 10kb to 100kb than to 1,3mb and back to 10kb... all the time in short period (<1min).

Maybe it has to something to do with the torrent. it has 4k leechers but only 2k seedsers. so maybe my router blocks my internet connnection, when there are too many leechers

Here are some different logs caused by the same way tough:
