"An older version ..." msg (magnet links)

When I click on a magnet link Utorrent send this msg "An older version o uTorrent is running. Please shoutdown uTorrent and try again" but if I click the accept appears and work well.

When this msg says "an older version " I assume an update was available but clcking to check uTorrent it says that my actual version is the last. But if I proced like msg and close uTorrent click in magnetic link it offer to install 3.3 version when I have 3.4.3. running.
