I've been meaning to ask, when a torrent has finished downloading, it's read-only.Is this by design or is there a setting for that can be changed in uTorrent. Thanks. Batch-adding magnet links (stop calling them magnetic links, that's wrong) is something you can write a program that accesses the webui to do.
