Makes you wonder how organized the dev team really is!...We only see what goes on here in the forums and the stability or lack of in the software....I wonder what is happening behind the scenes? Firon may have left with the rest of the original team right around the 3.0 builds!

I, for one would like to see "forum mod" status in their profiles(under member name) if applicable... Some here that act like mods but are not...at least not mentioned in their profiles. Too many times users post because of lack of knowledge, confused or just new to the concept... Yeah, I know about the many help files but alittle human interaction never hurts!

@Rafi.... Can you let people know what edits are made in your settings.dat file especially the the advanced settings.

Can someone explain the distributed_share.enable: This option enables the participation in distributed backups advanced setting? I've noticed that when this setting is in an enabled state it creates a hidden/share test_file_1.torrent with a udp***cd.saucers.utorrent.com/*** tracker and automatically starts downloading the data to the utorrent share directory. It seems to always be 1.00 GB in size and it is only visible by clicking on the hidden or share label in the sidebar.

In most cases users would migrate to the newest "Stable" version of software. It's just common sense in most cases! The alphas and betas might fix certain problems but will have to deal with other problems unless they are willing to troubleshoot.

Connects to very few via utp but no data transfers at all to and from them.

Get into a "stable" release?!?! You didn't try adding a magnet torrent before releasing? I just laughed and laughed when it happened to me. Not a response you guys should be aiming for especially on "Stable" releases!

JMJimmy: Yep... The slowdown on resolving issues seems to have started after the changing of the guard (ludde) occurred around when the 3 series came out.
