Offers, ads, featured content...now updatable torrents. Making some revenue is great BUT when it becomes a priority over actually concentrating on a solid client then there is something wrong...
Confirmed= not fixed using latest build 29988. "Alternate upload rate is too sensitive to near-zero download rates." If ul_rate_download_thres is default (0) alternate upload rate does not kick in as it should when seeding. I have it set to "20" and it works properly as it should.

Although it's not the norm, it is however delightful on top of certain flavors of ice cream!...Each palete may have subtle differences and reactions to the flavors. You may be pleasantly surprised. Do a blind taste test on strange tasting combos and see what you come up with.
--2013-07-22: Version 3.4 (build 29968) - Fix: crash when updating GUI - Fix: crash in elevating a process - Fix: crash when formatting string We're going on with the last few builds on 3.4 but how do you expect people to test adequately when there is no utp connections?!?.
Guilty as charged and I stand by what I say... The installation of unwanted crap for most users is not straight forward for not one but two pieces of crap!....
Not in the changelogs but i just tested with a few .torrent files in build 29956 and it removed the .torrent on all occasions with the gui.default_del_action set to 3 in advanced. Bigger fish to fry though using build 29956 and a few of the most recent builds as in no utp connections mostly when seeding only.
I get it...how about you?....Just because piratebay is well known for what they do? nope not illegal at all.....It's the content that is being downloaded that makes it a no-no.. I bet you more than 3/4 (very optimistic amount!) of the people that use utorrent and other similar applications do download illegal content!
