GleasonFan Posted May 24, 2016 Report Share Posted May 24, 2016 I just installed the latest utorrent on my laptop. When I try to run it I get an error - "Unable to Load HTA: unknown error". It runs fine with my desktop but my laptop craps out. Both boxes are running Norton Internet Security (which blocks PUA Opencandy Download) and Norton Utilities. NIS is turned off.
