I tried, utorrent351.chm, utorrent-351.chm and utorrent-help351.chm. here is my utorrent error log: [2018-01-03 21:39:08] Help file not found in settings directory, attempting to download [2018-01-03 21:39:09] Could not download help file. Error: Proxy connect error: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. can anyone see any errors? If you need more info, please do not hesitate to ask.
