I'm kinda new to this

but why is it i could have 6 or 7 seeds and my u torrent will only use 3 of them?

I tryed updating the tracker ect but nada. Any help would be appreiciated thnx.......T

Try the latest beta there. Chances are, the peers don't even exist (tracker scrapes are estimates, and often stale). Even if they are there, they might be choking you for whatever reason. In any case, if you still don't connect to "all" of the peers, it's not that big a deal.

Such is the nature of the protocol. You won't download from everyone, you won't upload to everyone, and connecting to more seeds doesn't always speed you up.

They could be firewalled, they could be at max global connections, they could have already disconnected and the tracker just doesn't know that yet.
