Krutsiey
I don't know where the tab for the selected downloading should be. Clicking on the torrent just shows me the screen I would get if I right clicked -> Properties on the torrent
Firon
Left click on it and click on "Files". You may have to press F5 to make the detailed info show up.
Krutsiey
Crap. My bad. I read that as double click on the actual torrent instead of click on the files tab and then click on the files you don't want to download.
Derrett Lww
I downloaded the new version of utorrent 1.2 and it was working fine. Now, however, it is locking up and slowing down my whole system. Is anybody else experiencing this problem maybe I will go back to an old version to see if that works. Is anybody experiencing the same problem?
Silas_Dream
Should the FAQ be localized? I think it would be a good idea since not all P2P'ers are very good English-speaking...
Firon
Sure, if you want to translate it. But before anyone does that (I won't), wait 'till the next stable release. Things gotta be fixed, additions need to be made, etc.
dumitru45
Refering to the FAQ issue "My µTorrent keeps freezing on certain trackers / saying "A socket operation encountered a dead network." (BitDefender, possibly others)", disabling the MS Win XP SP3 firewall the speed of download become rezonable higher.
Falcon4
SP3 firewall? You mean SP2...
r00ted
sp2 appears to have NO problems with µtorrent, provided you tell/prompt it to "Unblock" when you load/execute utorrent.exe. Windows XP Sp2 firewall is a decent solution and should not be disabled.just because it doesn't scare you into "OMG IM BEING HACKED *GASP*!" doesn't mean it ain't working.
