Pls help a newbie with baning "bad" Ip's

First of all sry for making a new topic but i just wanted to be sure someone will actually read this I've got a problem with baning ip range in ipfilter.dat.Im trying to ban ip's from 38.99.253.180 - 38.99.253.200 and 64.93.88.1 - 65.93.91.200 but it seems like im doin something wrong because those ips still send me bad data.Could someone pls tell me what im doing wrong?Im tired of re-downloading the same file and i was trying to download it from 3 different sources still the same...

Make a text file with just these 2 lines:

38.99.253.180-38.99.253.200

64.93.88.1-65.93.91.200

...and save it as ipfilter.dat (you may need to rename it to remove an extra .txt on the end!)

Now put that in the same place as all the other .dat files µTorrent uses.

...and µTorrent should start using that when it restarts or when you reactivate ipfilter.dat in advanced settings.
