zev Posted July 2, 2007 Report Share Posted July 2, 2007 does this file only exist if you use the installer? im using the standalone and i cant find ipfilter.dat.reason im asking is cause im downloading a file and i have about 120 peers connected, but at least 100 of the ips im connect to start with the same 4 digits and they're all sitting at 1.1% or 0.0%.
