Torrent Error / My torrents always show the same error after a while

My torrents always show the same error after a while, which is:

Error: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Why do most my torrenst eventually do this? I don't have Google Desktop btw.

Diskeeper might be a possible culprit too, given its automatic defragging 'feature'. Seriously though, why would you need a service running that constantly keeps defragging your files? Isn't that likely to result in more wear and tear on the disk?
