NOP Posted September 6, 2007 Report Share Posted September 6, 2007 You can set your up- and downloadrate manually, if the automatic adjusting doesn't work for you: right-click the uT logo in the task bar, choose "Upload limit" or "Download limit" and set it to the value you like, for example set it to half of your max download speed, and to full at night. There is a schedule (click "Preferences") where you can set the hours when uT should use what speed.This feature is not new, it had been implemented some time ago, before 1.72 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
sinewave Posted September 6, 2007 Report Share Posted September 6, 2007 I'm not having any issues at all with version 1.7.2, but I'm uploading and seeding some relatively small files. However I am running my live futures trading software and short-term charts, which take a great deal of bandwidth, on this same machine and had no problems at all.
