If so I was curious how long one should expect to wait for a response to a support request. I know the service in the forum is being provided for free and usually on behalf of volunteers and that is why I thought another avenue for help might exist. Thanks. I didn't want to sound impatient on my original thread and thats why I asked here. I didnt realize the link was actually servername/channel and assumed it downloaded some type of config file from the url.
