jewelisheaven
Click on your uT button/icon. Press F5 a couple times. That will show the Details pane. Click on the General tab. See where it has your tracker URL, it says "tracker status"? What does it say there?Have you searched for 2wire on the forum? They take some customization to work correctly :/If you've followed the How-To could you reply below with what steps you've done to track down the problem? Switeck
Singapore Singnet? SingTel? ISP?They throttle BitTorrent traffic. And as far as your upload is concerned...you probably only have 0.25 mbit.xx/256k in Speed Guide (CTRL+G). Switeck
kill99,I'm sorry. Your connection must have been downgraded. The test results shown at:http://www.dslreports.com/im/44942153/6504.png...says you can't even upload 25 KiloBYTES/sec.Telling uTorrent to upload at 250 KiloBYTES/sec when it can't do 1/10th that...will probably cause problems. Do you lose internet access from time-to-time as a result of that?alucamaster,A transparent proxy used by your ISP may be causing that...I'm not sure tho. What's your max sustainable upload speed in uTorrent?
