OGM files

probably the OGM file, since that's an ogg media container..

frankly i'm surprised your divx player works at all! you mean a hardware divx player hooked up to your tv, right?

if you mean the divx player software bundled with the divx codec, i suggest you get a new player as that one isn't very good... i recommend VLC

http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

and that will work without installing any additional codecs :) post back here if you have problems getting the subtitles to play in vlc

I use ffdshow builds from x264.nl (sometimes from doom9 threads), with my own settings that work just fine. :P haali media splitter for MP4/OGM (MPC's mp4 splitter is SLOW), vsfilter (sometimes, I've been using MPC's 6.4.8.7 internal subs lately so I think I might dump VSFilter, because it's FINALLY working in non-VMR9R mode!), and that's it.
