I have no idea what i'm doing wrong but just nothing wiill download. I've tried trying lots of different programs but the arrow is red pointing down for each program and it says they are all inactive. Please can someone tell me what to do so i can watch my favourite programs??? I've followed all the instructions but it still doesn't work .....
