The seeders increase and decrease with each torrent but will stop moving when i reach a download speed of 50-55 kbs. My settings are:Global Max upload rate: 12kbsGlobal Max No. of Connections: 99Max No. of Connected Peers per Torrent: 99Number of upload slots: 3But wat ever setting i put the result is the same, my speed WILL NOT RISE ABOVE 60kbs...Now is this because of my net? or is there something i need to do??
