Netrix
It would be good if uTorrent had an option to save in file, which fragments of data had been downloaded. Thanks to that, there would be possibility to download missing fragments to pendrive in other places and finally to merge them on our computer.Of course uTorrent should read from this file which file are to download.Sorry for my broken English. jewelisheaven
You can already resume a file downloading as long as you have 1) utorrent.exe 2) the data 3) the torrent.A procedure to follow can be found at the migration guide (link #4 @ http://utorrent.com/guides.php )
Netrix
Yes, but I don't want to keep all data with me, because I can't hold 4 GB data on 1 GB pendrive. I would like to keep the file with information which part's of data I already have and when I am in the other place I would like to download that parts which I don't have(parts != files). When I'm on my computer I would like to merge these data to the other which I have on my PC.
jewelisheaven
... How do you sync the data? You can use the same settings on multiple computers by running uT self-encapsulated, however without a stagnant data location, uT will error out. You need to keep the data somewhere. uT only knows about parts you download, if there is an error and a recheck happens it will still only have the parts you downloaded on that computer. Netrix
I just thought that all parts intependent, so I regarded them as blocks or puzzles which can be arranged in an array to make a file.
Firon
This is exceedingly complex to implement, and honestly, not all that useful to very many people.
