Dario Western
Hi,I am based in Brisbane in Australia, and I recently switched from Optus to Bigpond. Since then, I have not been able to use my utorrent client at all. None of the torrents will download. I use an Intel Pentium 4 system, and I have a Motorola SG900 Wireless Surfboard Gateway modem.I'm not much of a technical wiz, so I'd be glad of anyone who can offer me some help in this regard. GTHK
http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=15992 and provide more information, such as tracker status, whether that modem is new, and whether or not you can download a torrent from http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/. Have you port forwarded that gateway? http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Motorola/SBG900/Utorrent.htm
jewelisheaven
So presumably Optus was working fine with uT? Indeed more information perhaps like what changed on your motorola... it came with bigpond? or it's yours? Do you still get a valid WAN IP? Does uT work connecting directly to your ISP?GTHK covered other useful information
