Jakko
http://hostfile.org/uTorrent-ipfilterx-UpdateBlockli.zipOriginally created by merwin and posted here http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=19727, I modified it to work with nexus23 ipfilterx after I saw this post : http://www.zeropaid.com/news/9540/Exclusive%3A+IPFilterX+%E2%80%93+The+New+Anti-P2P+IPBlocklist+on+the+Web. All of the hard work was done by merwin, really all I did was trim out some unnecessary functions since ipfilterx doesn't compress ipfilter.dat. Then I just changed the variables to point to the different location.I left all of merwin's original files in the zip and left his .bat in too, so you can still use his .bat which implements the blocklist from bluetack. But you can't use both, it is either or. Hmm I bet I could make a perl script that would combine and leave out the dupes... but I'm lazy. Here's a link to IpfilterX : http://nexus23.org/warfare/content/view/17/34/And here's a link if you have no idea what I'm talking about : http://utorrent.com/faq.php#What_is_ipfilter.dat.3F

jewelisheaven
using preconfigured ipfilter.dat files only help in isolating you from possible peers. If you are HAVING peer problems make your own.
