Switeck Posted June 27, 2008 Report Share Posted June 27, 2008 Your ISP (Tiscali / Toucan) is incredibly hostile to BitTorrent traffic. Even encryption may not always work. You also probably don't have anywhere near 7mbps upload. Probably not even 1 megabits/second upload!
