Trackers go offline after awhile.

Ok firstly, thanks for reading this post. Yeap and I know this might be a repeated post so I apologize. Yea, it's like recently all my trackers start going red in colour. some states offline (Timed out), others state no connection made because the target machine actively refused it. I've tried to fix it for about a week now and I'm not really sure how to go about doing this. Can anyone teach me? Your help is appreciated. Thanks
