atkerr Posted October 19, 2008 Report Share Posted October 19, 2008 Since upgrading to 1.8.1, I haven't had a single IP blocked, though with earlier versions up 1.8, the logger tab would show dozens of blocked IPs every day, at least.I've changed the source of the IPFilter.dat and still no blocks.Any thoughts?Thanks. Switeck Posted October 23, 2008 Report Share Posted October 23, 2008 If you're seeing something like "IPFILTER.DAT loaded" in uTorrent's logger window when it's just started, then the ipfilter.dat file is in use. ...but possibly not the one you want, or not blocking as many ip ranges as you want due to an error in the file.
