koolice Posted January 12, 2009 Report Share Posted January 12, 2009 hi,i am using utorrent 1.7.6 from quite some time now and suddenly today i have received a strange issue i cannot resolve. i use port 16184 which is open and is showing in prefrences under the connection tab, my utorrent is also showing a green icon at the bottom indicating open port but the issue is that the speed guide shows port 16185 and it chks for that port everytime i ask it to do a port forward chk. i dont know how the speed guide is chechking a different port which utorrent uses port 16184? koolice Posted January 12, 2009 Author Report Share Posted January 12, 2009 hi,ok updated to 1.8.1 and still the same issue, now there is something i should inform u, if i change port to 63500, then it wont happen and i can use that port but only issue my isp has not forwarded that port. therefore, i need that port 16184 working and am unable to get it on coz even after putting it into connection, the speed guide shows 16185 and not 16184 so am unable to use it.
