I ensured utorrent was on and active on the firewall exceptionsI ensured UPnP service was running on windowsI ensured UPnP was on the windows firewall exceptionsI even let utorrent set up portforwardingIt does receive the toredo address with ipv6 it does contact all the trackers and get available peersit will NOT connect to the peers to download from themit does NOT connect to DHT service I did uncap windows vista max TCP/Syn connections alreadyWould it be possible my Service Provider/IP is on a blocklist?im usually pretty good at solving problems with this type. i still cannot connect to download anything. im getting really frusterated. Switeck
"I did uncap windows vista max TCP/Syn connections already"Do you mean the TCP half open connection limit? If you don't set net.max_halfopen higher than 8...hacking that limit higher isn't necessary.Disable both kinds of DHT and also disable Resolve IPs.Does the OpenOffice test torrent mentioned in the 1st link in my signature download ok and at reasonable speeds?(It is KNOWN to have very fast seeds.)If OpenOffice downloads fast, your current torrents either lack seeds/peers...or your trackers are "bad".Your ISP is VERY unlikely to be on a blocklist. Also adding a blocklist wouldn't help you. What messages are you getting in uTorrent's Logger window concerning connections it's attempting to make?
