SSV13
I can´t get it to work.I tried everything on the Portforward link http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Dlink/DI-524/Utorrent.htm but when I come to the end I get the error message "Protocol Type and Public Port are the same as rule 15 (Both:64299)!" and I can´t apply.Any idea what is wrong? DreadWingKnight
UPnP enabled?
SSV13
The box is unchecked. So it is disabled. Portforward says it should be disabled.
dtjohnst
You router is telling you that you're already forwarding that port. Rule #15 in fact. So look in the list for the rule where port 64299 is being forwarded somewhere, and just edit that one so it goes to the correct IP (the one from ipconfig /all). SSV13
Ok, thx for that. I tried twice to fix the portforwarding and didn´t delete the previous entry. So had two entries with same port. Now I did everything and no error messages but the side I´m downloading from still says that my port is closed. And uploading from me goes really slow. It is at 10 kb/s at most and it used to be at around 150-200 kb/s. I can download with my normal speed but people can´t upload from me.
dtjohnst
Do you have a firewall? Check the windows firewall too. Because UPnP is disabled, those rules won't exist automatically anymore.
SSV13
Have no firewall but have NOD32. had problems with it in the past but then I just turned of IMON and it worked. But now it is still slow. I download real fast but can´t get speed up when others are uploading.
