Error Message?

"Error: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process" I always get this message whenver I try downloading a torrent. How do I make this message stop and let me download stuff? I recently got a new laptop and downloaded Utorrent and this message keeps happening. Someone please help me! Thanks!

The process causing the error is called wmpnetwk.exe

I had this problem and couldnt find the process causing the error anywhere. I search all these forums and everyone is off. iIts not your antivirus.

Its Windows Media Players network sharing service. I had sharing on for my XBOX to connect to my computer, which I had done years ago. Oops.

You have it running as well. Go in to media player and turn sharing off. Then kill the process (or restart computer). You wont have the error anymore.
