Vahokif
It'd be nice if uTorrent could download files from multiple (but different) torrents, and possibly from HTTP/FTP servers simultaneously. So the user could start a torrent, then find a different torrent which also has the file, and also a web mirror, then download from all of the sources simultaneously, maximizing download speed. moogly
uT is strictly a bittorrent download manager, not like Bitcomet and Co.
Vahokif
Hence "possibly", but it's still frustrating when two torrents have the exact same files apart from one text file or something and you can't download from both.
Switeck
With considerable effort, it is possible to copy the extra portions between the 2 files...but that's only worthwhile if the speeds are VERY low and the files are large.
Firon
µTorrent CAN do BitTorrent + HTTP downloading. No FTP supported yet (and likely won't be).We support the getright webseeding spec.
