Viirus
Hi, my name's Robert and I'm new to the forums and would appreciate any help that you would be willing to give to me. I seem to be having a problem with my download speed all of a sudden, I just got UTorrent and started to download a Guitar Pro 5.2 torrent. When the file started to download, I was peaking at about 1.6 mb/s and now all of sudden my download speed can't get over 10 kb/s even though I'm connected to 60 - 70 seeds. Please help me out guys, thanks!P.S. I also have a green light at the bottom of the Utorrent window
Switeck
Maybe it's a fake torrent? If not, try the 1st and 2nd links in my signature.
Viirus
No, I've tried 3 different torrents, they all download the same rate, fast then slow. But it seems that every time I restart Utorrent it boosts, the download rate back up really high, I'll keep you all notifiedP.S. I've already tried those two things, but thanks anyways
Switeck
So, what was your conclusion from trying those 2 links?(There's a BIG section on what we need to know if they don't work...)
Viirus
It's very odd, I start up Utorrent after ending the entire process, then restart to find that the D/L rate boosts all the way up again for about 5 minutes, then goes right back down, I followed everything that was in the two articles and all that it did was boost the download speed at the begging, thanks anyways. jewelisheaven
Your ISP hates you. Nothing to be done but shop around. If you cannot tell them their service impacts your real-time communications for business.
Switeck
You seem to be on ComCast, and I am too.I am not experiencing the problems you describe, so at the least it is only in your area.Your networking is probably bad.You using wireless?
