My download speed is around 7.92Mb/s but Utorrent always caps my downloads around 1.1-1.2Mb/s. I was just wondering if there is any way to fix this so that i can access my full dl speed. I'm using private trackers and should be able to download faster. It shouldn't be a peer issue cause there are plenty and they share at fast speeds its just the client caps at 1.1-1.2Mb/s. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
