curkcuspy
My ISP is listed as one that disables seeding, and this makes sense given that I barely get any upload at all. I download perfectly fine.. but nothing going out the up pipe!Just wondering what I might be able to do to get a better abillity to upload.. I'm trying to share some things and I feel really bad for the people trying to get it from me!I have already set peer_lazy.bitfield to true.. I think it came that way. And I've set outgoing encryption to enabled.. What else can I try to do?One thing of note.. I upload a fair bit on public trackers, but almost nothing on private ones. Might just be a supply and demand thing.. not sure though. Also, I'm on Rogers cable.. does that mean I'm fucked?
