Force rescrape.

I think there should be an option to force rescrape. It helps when you are getting files from multiple sources, you can just pause the torrent, throw in a finished file, and have the torrent continue on and not redownload said file.

Do you mean rescrape as in reconnect to the tracker, or recheck as in re-checksum the files? Because you can right click the torrent and say "Force re-check" to have it validate the files.

The "Update Tracker" menu option doesn't seem to update the scrape as well. Strangely, most trackers report the scrape information WITH the announce response, so perhaps uTorrent doesn't read the scrape data from announce responses.

I pulled this out of announce.php from TorrentTrader:

$resp = 'd8:completei'.$tordata['seeders'].'e10:incompletei'.$tordata['leechers'].'e8:intervali'.$announce_interval.'e5:peers';

Basically, the announce response for an announce request looks something like: (10 seeds 50 peers, 30 minute interval)

d8:completei10e10:incompletei50e8:intervali1800e5:peers[peer data][rest of announce]

What does scrape have to do with the fact he wants to add a completed file and having the torrent acknowledge it ? (Force RECHECK, not SCRAPE).
