Wheelz44 Posted August 7, 2010 Report Posted August 7, 2010 I usually download mixtapes using Utorrent...Thank the Torrent gods for you who developed the software, thank u.I tried downloading a mixtape and I got an error say " The path of.......is incorrect there is an error." Not in those exact words but either way its not letting me d/l the stuff. Also next to the name of the torrent a lil exclamation mark symbol is there...NOT the arrrow facing down, but an exclamation mark in a red circle. What does this mean? And can it be fixed? Thanks ahead of time.
DreadWingKnight Posted August 7, 2010 Report Posted August 7, 2010 Not in those exact wordsThe exact words would be more helpful.
Wheelz44 Posted August 7, 2010 Author Report Posted August 7, 2010 Sorry about that, the exact words are, " Error: The system cannot find the path specified." I tried to Re-Force the torrent and it stopped, so then I pressed the green arrow to resume and got the same error.
DreadWingKnight Posted August 7, 2010 Report Posted August 7, 2010 Have any drive letters in your system changed, such as the one for the download destination?
paintball9 Posted August 7, 2010 Report Posted August 7, 2010 Have you moved any folder in your download directory or any .torrent files from the save spot (appdata by default)?
Wheelz44 Posted August 7, 2010 Author Report Posted August 7, 2010 I have changed the path of the downloads to a mp3 that was attached to my computer and went back to the preferences and changed everything to what it was. I never tried to move any .torrent files either.
