Vladimus
I updated to 2.0.4 today and later after a computer restart, ALL 10 of the torrents I was downloading, plus all 30 or so of my uploading torrents, and whatever I was too lazy to remove were completely gone. Ive been using Utorrent for what seems like years now and this has never happened to me after an update. Its going to be a huge pain to go back and find all these torrent files again. Is there anything I can do?

Vladimus
That link does nothing for me. I didnt switch to another program from Utorrent. I have been using Utorrent this whole time and all my torrents just disappeared. I need to know how to get them back and how to avoid this in the future. Its never happened before with an update so why did it happen now.
DreadWingKnight
The steps still apply regardless. The loss of the list of loaded tasks during update is something still being traced because not everyone has it happen to them.
Vladimus
so what step is it that applies to me? I dont have a folder with all my old .torrent files or anything like that. Everything except the data that I downloaded is just gone. I tried following a few of the things in that link but it isnt reloading my torrents. moogly
.torrent files corresponding to torrents loaded in uT are stored by default in %appdata%\utorrent or in the folder you set in Preferences > Directories.Find them and follow the steps to reload each torrent and continue to download/seed.
