HELP!!! I'm an IDIOT -- Accidentally Deleted Downloading Torrent

HELP! I was downloading a 7.4 gb video when I accidentally clicked on delete torrent instead of stopping the download. I have not deleted the files it had already downloaded (more than 4 hours worth!). Is there any way I can go back and add the torrent without having to restart the entire process? I use Bittorrent, if it matters. I really don't want to have to go back to the beginning and completely waste those 4 hours.

I appreciate any help I can get.

I did the same thing myself, but it was deliberate. Also the files were only 134mb, but I don't think that's of relevance. I had a torrent with a red arrow for tracker error, but it was downloading fine. I am about to ask a question about it.

Only a small amount of data had download so I stopped and restarted. I did not delete the torrent, but of course you can recreate it by downloading it again. When I restarted the torrent µTorrent checked the downloaded files and then carried on as if nothing had happened.

So my answer is:

1) Download the torrent again

2) Start it and specify the same location for saving files.

You should then be able to continue your download.
