Please help with connection settings

I have a fiber connection of 30mbps. My download speed is 3,8 - 4,5MBytes/s and my upload speed is 500 - 750KBytes/s.

Which is the best configuration for my Connection, Bandwidht, BitTorrent, Queueing and, perhaps, advanced settings?

Please I need all the info of what I should do to optimize my uTorrent according to my internet speed. And if possible, not many limitations for upload (I have accounts in private trackers).

If the max upload speed of your fiber connection is 750 KB/s (so 6000 Kb/s), you can use to begin with the line:

Why are Utorrent and Switeck so different?. What setting should we trust?.

Switek's guide is more conservative and sometimes less 'rough' with some hardware devices (routers, wireless adapters etc). You can use the settings offered by µT then if your hardware is bad, use Switeck's guide. Anyway there is no drop in performance (DL/UL speeds).

Beyond 1 mbit/sec, my settings aren't very "conservative" -- they allow far more torrents at once. I'm on the understanding that most of those active torrents are only "barely" active, not using full upload slots for each.

Ok, I did it according to Switek's guide, TY.

However, as I don't have a bad hardware, Switeck, could you "convert" your "unconservative" settings according to my Internet connection? It would be very appreciative.

Set your upload speed to whatever it can sustain for over 10 minutes straight, probably about 600 KiloBYTES/second.

10 upload slots per torrent (more will get used if needed anyway)

70-100 max connections per torrent.

400-600 global max connections.

15 Total Maximum Active Torrents.

10 Total Maximum Downloading Torrents.
