pinehurst
I guess this is a speed problem. Sometimes I find that a piece of a file gets "stuck". I just had a multi-file download. One file was high priority and got to 99.8%, it had one piece left, and just a part of that piece at that. But that was slow and actually all of the other files downloaded, then finally that piece got "unstuck". I assume what is happening is that the source for that block/piece has disappeared, but utorrent is still waiting. I understand that piece prioritization is a problem and won't happen. But is there a way to get that piece from another source. For instance, if I stop the download, will that sufficient re-set things so that some other source is picked? DreadWingKnight
Just leave it alone. uTorrent is smart enough to re-request it from other sources later
Switeck
Is the missing piece the first or last piece of that file?

pinehurst
Is the missing piece the first or last piece of that file?Actually not. It was some random piece in the middle.
Switeck
If it's a random piece, it can be a sector corruption on your or the seeder's hard drive. If it's a beginning or end piece, it's far more likely to be a media player editing the file's MP3 tag.
