Auto-load language

A small feature that shouldn't take much time: If a language pack is detected but no language is set yet (eg. first time running), make uTorrent autoload the language that is used by system. It's important in my oponion, because if someone doesn't know english he will have problems even with going to Options menu and switching language to his native one.

not entirely sure how the translations are going to work as ive never looked at the forum. but maybe one way way of doing it is to make the translation for it in an xml file that u can simply place next to the executable. then when you run the exectutable and it checks for an xml file next to it, it will automatically override the language settings with the xml file instead.

I'm pretty sure an application can detect the locale that's being run on the computer and handle that. I remember that english is 1033 and Shift-JIS Japanese is 0418, and that's about it, but other languages have other numbers associated with them.

ah right k. thought id mention it as ive seen a few other apps do it that way and thought it would be quite an easy way, guess ya got something under construction already.
