jmbowman Posted March 26, 2011 Report Share Posted March 26, 2011 HelloI got a letter from ISP (Verizon) and though no charges are being pressed for so-called "copyright infringement" I was warned. I'd like to know how I could protect myself from ISP's keeping track on me. I'm not doing anything illegal of course, but maybe some software can keep my IP addy hidden, or anonymous. (search: anonymous proxy vpn bittorrent).You can only stay safe if you don't download from public torrent sites and get a membership on a private site.
