luish
First I must say that I love this client, and if this continues with this fast development more and more are to join us I found an issue with the random port on Settings => Network Options => Random Port.I read on the net that it is better to have a port arround 45,000 - 64,000 those are the recommended ports.. and somehow i clicked random for a lot of times (40) several times restarting the program several times too and the highest port number was 9,500 ... I think you should fix that.If I find anything else I will post.Keep up the great job !
Firon
Random doesn't go past 4 digits. Just type in 5 random numbers yourself. =P just make sure it's not higher than 65535. I do suppose it would be nice for random to use the entire range, though.
canuckerfan
yea, i think it would be better to use randomized ports with 5 digits since those ports are used less. I have had the rare port issue with some of the ones used by common apps (not with utorrent, though). maybe it's not necessary.

ScubaSteve
not that i use random port but so long as it picks port numbers over 2000
chaosblade
There really isnt a difference in the port numbers beyond 1056 or so (all used by windows for protocols, services, etc). Some people perfer high ports for some odd reasons (aside from 6881-6889 which are the old default BT ports that most ISPs throttle by now).
