SorcererX
I am using version 3.0. After updating from 2.2.1, thinking it would help.Anyway, my torrents won't seed. I have port forwarding setup, I checked using the utorrent feature and also another website to confirm. My internal IP is correct in my router. I am using DD-WRT firmware with my linksys wtr router. I turned windows firewall OFF and running utorrent as administrator.Error logging:[2011-09-27 22:03:25] 195.241.181.xxx45682(torrent name): Connecting: source: T[2011-09-27 22:03:27] 67.52.125.xx:12751 [uTP](torrent name): [µTorrent/2.2.1.0 (0.0)]: Encrypted handshake completed[2011-09-27 22:03:27] Extension: ipv4:[67.52.125.xx] for 'torrent name'[2011-09-27 22:03:27] 67.52.125.xx:12751 [uTP](torrent name): [µTorrent 2.2.1 (14.0)]: Disconnect: Not downloading[2011-09-27 22:03:41] 68.1.169.xxx:44087(torrent name): [libTorrent/0.12.6.0 (0.0)]: Encrypted handshake completed[2011-09-27 22:03:41] 68.1.169.xxx:44087(torrent name): [libTorrent 0.12.6 (100.0)]: Disconnect: Is seedI don't know what else to do here.(added x's in IPs to protect privacy)
humb23
What I'd like someone to explain to me is the use of the windows where you drop files for uploading. Suppose you were going to upload a file to a site. They want you to create a .torrent file and upload it, which µTorrent has been able to do as far back as I can remember. Afterwards, just follow the steps we're all familiar with. Simply dropping the file to the box doesn't do anything, at least not as far as I know. :/

mcaspi
Are you sure that there are users that need data from you? Post an image of an active torrent Peers tab with the Flags column.

Firon
The user may not want any data, or has paused the torrent.
SorcererX
This is constant... over multiple IPs. That just happens to be a peer I caught that keeps connecting and downloading a kb or so then disconnecting again. Many others connect to me but keep disconnecting. That icon on the bottom right of my window keeps changing from a green check to another image saying there may be a problem. I can't think of anything else I can do. I turned my firewall off and have the port forwarded. I checked the port using utorrent and an outside source from another website. If I am missing something... please let me know. All my torrents do this.. not just this one.
mcaspi
Haven't you open another topic with the same issue and got an answer? Anyway, it looks to me that your ISP is throttling you. I can suggest to you to run uTorrent after midnight or switch to a different ISP (which might not be better).
