Slow 3.2.3 and Utorrent use = browser DNS failure

Running into a problem, ISP is TimeWarner Cable. 50Mbps pipe. torrent downloads coming through slow, and browser eventual starts acting weird by giving DNS failure when I am trying to surf the web while using Utorrent. Not sure why this is happening but its cutting me off from using Utorrent and browsing. Torrents till download even with DNS failure but slowly at like avg 300K or less, used to always having at least one sitting at 1.5M or above

Any DNS problem is going to slow things down because lookups will be failing.

Power cycle your router with about 30s off time as your ISP may have changed DNS servers and your system is pointing to the wrong IPs.
