rafi Posted August 1, 2013 Report Share Posted August 1, 2013 No. I can hold shutdown forever for example if you have an unsaved file (notepad/word etc). uT can signal "unsaved" for settings/connections too. ciaobaby Posted August 1, 2013 Report Share Posted August 1, 2013 As I've pointed out before, unlike Notepad or Word, the uTorrent downloader client does NOT run in a "document context" which HAVE the 'mechanisms' to halt a Windows shutdown event. I don't know of ANY application that runs in the system tray without a 'document' context that will stop a shutdown event while it completes.
