johnnybracula
it seems that whenever i limit the upload speed to 10KBps or lower the download speed comes down below 10 even though its set to unlimited in the bandwidth allocation. And as soon as i set the upload speed to unlimited the download touches the maximum. Why is that? I've tried and tested the same on my other friends pcs too. it's the same.
ciaobaby
Probably the "tit for tat" algorithm kicking in, where peers will send pieces they have, to other peers that provide pieces that they want.
johnnybracula
but my uploading speed is slow so I want to share bandwidth equally with all the uploads. that's why I want to limit it. this is certainly not fair. atleast in my case. There must be other way around.
