sheeprule Posted September 19, 2013 Report Share Posted September 19, 2013 Hi, I have a question regarding WEB DL.Recently I downloaded a file and it was only 700MB, but when I played it on my 39" 1080p TV it was on par with a 7GB HD download. I am baffled as to how such a quality movie can have such a small file size. If I could download every full HD movie with less than 1GB it would be awesome. The torrent in question is After Earth and it's the top seeded on TPB just now (not sure if I can post links).I read somewhere that itunes has a slightly better compression method by 700MB is tiny compared to anything else I've ever seen. Hell I've downloaded 720p movies at 3-4GB and the picture wasn't as great as that.Hope someone can enlighten me on this. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
