thavilang Posted February 26, 2014 Report Share Posted February 26, 2014 TRACKERS PROBLEM A few days up here, my downloads works for a while, but didn't completed. They stop the download when it will be finished (82.1%; 99.8%; ...) and the trackers show the message "conection time out". Every configuration changes described in foruns doesn't work... I reinstalled the utorrent and try to change de trackers address, but doesn't work too. Some times, the message is "no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused (translate from portuguese brazil)". I don't know what more I can do... A tracker can just stop to work in a minute? Or better... every tracker I use can just don't work? And I try a lot trackers in the last days...
